• Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and the CarryHalf version shown at the bottom of Settings.
• Include a screenshot if it helps explain the issue.
• Do not include passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information.

Purchases

The free tier does not require a purchase. CarryHalf offers a one-time lifetime unlock through Apple.

If you bought the lifetime unlock but CarryHalf does not show your access, open CarryHalf and choose Settings, then Restore purchase.

If you previously subscribed, your purchase keeps CarryHalf unlocked. You can manage any existing subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.

For a refund request, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's steps.

Your data

CarryHalf stores your household information on your device. You can reset the app's local data from Settings. Resetting app data cannot be undone.
